Clicktech Retail Private Limited (“Clicktech”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Trends Commerce Private Limited (“New Trends Commerce”). New Trends Commerce is a Poddar Group entity with investment from Amazon. Clicktech is a prominent seller on the Amazon India marketplace and is currently operating in the category of wireless, wireless accessories, consumer electronics, personal computing, home improvement, BISS - Business Industrial & Scientific Supply, wireless Devices, Smart Home Solutions, and other related categories. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Category Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the category management function across various product lines, including but not limited to wireless, wireless accessories, consumer electronics, personal computing, home improvement, BISS - Business Industrial & Scientific Supply, wireless Devices, Smart Home Solutions, and other related categories. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective category management strategies to drive business growth and profitability across various product lines. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform category development and optimization decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, merchandising, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of category plans. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability. • Manage and optimize product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels across various product lines. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and trends in the market. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or a related field. • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective category management strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
