Quality Manager

At Vernicolor Romania, a manufacturer of decorative plastic components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a Quality Manager to coordinate the Process Quality activity in serial production.

• Coordinates the Process Quality team.
• Ensures the conformity of manufactured products with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Monitors the performance of production processes and quality indicators.
• Coordinates the analysis of internal non-conformities and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Supports problem-solving using methods such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, QRQC, and Ishikawa.
• Collaborates with the Production, Industrialization, Maintenance, and Engineering departments for continuous process improvement.
• Coordinates the validation of process changes and the implementation of control plans.
• Participates in internal and external audits and ensures the implementation of resulting actions.
• Develops and motivates the subordinate team.

• Higher technical education.
• Experience in team coordination.
• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
