Quality Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Quality Department, setting direction and stimulating performance across the entire quality domain;
  • Manages the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with specific standards and audits;
  • Develops policies, procedures, and work instructions in accordance with current legislation and international ISO standards;
  • Plans and coordinates internal and external audits to ensure respect for quality standards;
  • Maintains continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance in quality to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards;
  • Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) in the quality domain and prepares periodic reports for management;
  • Analyzes main causes of non-conformities and implements corrective measures as needed;
  • Organizes and coordinates training sessions for employees focused on respecting quality policies;
  • Manages quality-related issues with clients, projects, and materials from suppliers;
  • Gathers and shares statistical data;
  • Led initiatives to improve processes based on statistical methods and performance analysis;
  • Promotes a culture of quality to encourage all employees' involvement in improvement activities;
  • Develops training materials and awareness programs for good practices in quality.


Requirements:

  • Education: Higher education in the field of quality or a technical field;
  • Professional experience: minimum 3-5 years in the field of quality assurance in a similar role (presenting an advantage is experience in the PVC production area);
  • Certifications in the field of quality (e.g., internal auditor for systems);
  • Good knowledge of international ISO standards and quality tools;
  • PC Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • English language: advanced level;
  • Analytical skills – ability to analyze data, incident reports, and non-conformities to identify causes and solutions;
  • Leadership and coordination – leading audits and implementing the Quality Culture;
  • Responsible, analytical, proactive thinking, focused on results, to review systems, find defects, and propose solutions for these;
  • Able to operate within tight deadlines, respecting standards at the same time.
