Job Summary: Global Partners is seeking a hands-on and business-savvy Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead embedded analytics within one of our core business units. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence, you will manage a team of BI Analysts and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping them turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable impact.This role is ideal for someone who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and analytics platforms. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, design and implement solutions that meet those needs, and ensure effective communication of insights to drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of BI Analysts in developing and maintaining analytics solutions that support business objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements for analytics solutions • Design and implement analytics solutions using various tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making across the organization • Ensure effective communication of insights to drive data-driven decisions • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and innovation • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and other team members • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards related to data management and analytics • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Business Intelligence or other senior leadership. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, information systems) • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field • Strong understanding of data visualization tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams or projects • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related field is a plus.
