Manager - Business Analyst - Payments Domain [T500-21777]

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: * Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, and manage business and system requirements. * Analyze business needs, documenting and defining business requirements and processes. * Develop and maintain business requirements and functional specifications documentation. * Partner with technology teams to define and document the technical requirements of the payment systems. * Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. * Perform feasibility studies and create business cases for new projects or system enhancements. * Provide support during testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users, technology teams, and vendors. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. * Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates. * Identify and mitigate project risks. * Assist in training and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the payments domain. * Strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, ACH, and wire transfers. * Experience with payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation. * Knowledge of payment industry regulations, such as PCI DSS and GDPR. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). * Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
