Manager Building

The Paleis voor Schone Kunsten in Brussels (Bozar) is a dynamic arts house in the heart of Europe. It is a lively organization at the center of a cosmopolitan city, welcoming artists from Belgium and the whole world in its art-deco building. We bring together visual arts, music, film, performances, literature, and debates and welcome approximately 750,000 visitors each year. Bozar manages the building of the Paleis voor Schone Kunsten, located in the heart of Brussels, an iconic landmark that is a symbol of cultural heritage and a hub for artistic expression. As Manager Building, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation projects within the Bozar complex. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive building management strategy, • Coordinating with various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, • Managing budgets and resources for construction projects, • Collaborating with the Bozar team to ensure that the building's unique character is preserved during renovations. Requirements: • Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, • At least 5 years of experience in building management or a related field, • Strong communication and project management skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
