Role Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager- Brand Media and Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand building strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand media and performance marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, CLM, Media, eCommerce, D2C, B2B, and Retail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results. Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Develop and manage budgets for brand media and performance marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand building strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance and Brand Marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand building strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills.
