We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager, Blockchain & Digital Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the bank's strategy and initiatives in the areas of blockchain and digital assets. Responsibilities Strategy and Execution: * Develop and execute UOB's blockchain and digital assets strategy. * Identify and evaluate new opportunities in the blockchain and digital assets space. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Develop and implement pilot projects and Proofs of Concept (POCs). * Manage relationships with external partners, including technology vendors and industry experts. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Project Management: * Lead and manage blockchain and digital assets projects. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Develop project plans and timelines. * Manage project budgets and resources. * Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Identify and mitigate project risks. Technical Expertise: * Provide technical expertise and guidance on blockchain and digital assets. * Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets space. * Evaluate and recommend blockchain and digital asset technologies and platforms. * Provide training and education on blockchain and digital assets to internal stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize blockchain and digital assets opportunities. * Communicate with stakeholders on project progress and updates. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * 5+ years of experience in blockchain and digital assets, with a focus on financial services. * Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies. * Experience with smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). * Experience with digital assets, including stablecoins, NFTs, and other digital assets. * Strong project management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for blockchain and digital assets. * Experience with compliance and risk management. * Knowledge of financial markets and products. * Experience with agile development methodologies. * Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure. * Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
