We're Hiring: – Business Continuity Management(BCM) Location: Chennai / Noida Education: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / BSc in Computer Science Experience: 6 Years No of positions: 3 Responsibilities Lead the implementation and governance of BCM and Crisis Management lifecycle activities . Drive BCM design, strategy, and exercises across business units. Ensure compliance with organizational resilience policies and customer requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives for BCM. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement. Provide guidance and support to teams on BCM best practices and standards. Monitor and report on BCM performance metrics and key indicators. Identify and mitigate risks associated with BCM activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead the development of BCM training programs for employees. Develop and maintain a comprehensive BCM program that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Provide thought leadership and expertise in BCM to drive business continuity and resilience.
