Your responsibilities

• • Comprehensive organization and coordination of the work of all bar areas of Social Club Leroy.
• • Participation in the recruitment of the bar team, conducting recruitment interviews, and co-creating the team.
• • Onboarding, training, and development of employees.
• • Development and implementation of work and service standards.
• • Organization of efficient bar operations during service.
• • Preparation of schedules and team performance monitoring.
• • Cooperation with suppliers and negotiation of cooperation terms.
• • Participation in the preparation and agreement of supplier contracts.
• • Preparation of orders, control of deliveries, and inventory levels.
• • Maintenance of inventory and internal documentation.
• • Conducting inventory counts and control of outflows and losses.
• • Control of beverage cost, own costs, and bar efficiency.
• • Cooperation with the marketing team in promoting bars, organizing events, and preparing special offers.
• • Development of the Social Club Leroy bar concept.
• • Quality control of drinks, their presentation, service level, and atmosphere in the bar areas.

Our requirements

• • Very good command of the Polish language – a must.
• • Good command of the English language – a must.
• • Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian will be an additional asset.
• • Experience as a Bar Manager or in bar management.
• • Experience in building, training, and developing a team.
• • Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and contemporary bar trends.
• • Knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory management, inventory counts, and beverage cost.
• • Experience in cooperating with suppliers.
• • Organizational and leadership skills.
• • Independence, responsibility, and good work organization.
• • Knowledge of premium service standards and the ability to work with demanding guests.

About us

Social Club Leroy is a new, premium gastronomic project in Warsaw, combining a restaurant, bars, and a social club space.

The project includes several bar areas, including the main restaurant bar, Salon-bar Leroy, a premium bar, and a seasonal terrace bar.

We are building a new team and establishing work standards from scratch, which is why we are looking for individuals who want to have a real impact on the project's development and its daily operations.
