Task

You ensure the flow of goods from the reserve to the store based on the supply needs of the various departments and with respect for the reception procedures determined by Carrefour. You optimize stock management. You guarantee an affichage that is correct and in accordance with the company's rules. In this role, you report to the Store Director.

Responsibility Area

Reception
You ensure:

• the organization of incoming and outgoing goods flow and its allocation to the front office team while ensuring the quality, quantity, and administrative oversight.
• the organization of the delivery planning (direct deliveries and central deliveries)
• the organization of regular cleaning and maintenance of the reception
• the organization of the goods flow and of the waste management at the reception
• the good execution of transfers and returns performed by the department representatives
• the correct setting up of administrative documents

Reserves

You are responsible for :

• organizing reserves (dimensions, labeling) to improve productivity
• organizing goods flow and waste management in the reserves and warehouse management (winstore, return to stores)
• organizing pallet management in warehousing (warehousing, return to stores)
• organizing regular cleaning and maintenance of the reserve
• organizing reserves and labeling them
• communicating with commercial managers regarding pallets in warehousing/placement in reserve to take into account during quantifications and commercial actions. He ensures that placement in reserve after event completion so that it can be correctly identified, coded in winstore, and stored correctly (in the right zones).

Inventory Management and Scanning

You ensure that:

Your team uses the various tools for inventory correction correctly and applies all TOP methods correctly
The reception manages shipping notes very accurately
Daily breaks are coded
Inventories of reserves are performed in accordance with procedures.

Display

You ensure that:

• display boards are available to front office teams on time
• labeling and seasonal theme decoration are applied

Developing employees also belongs to the job package.

• You also possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or relevant experience within sales, retail, hospitality, or catering.
• You speak Dutch, French, or both depending on the store location.
