The Hotel Alpin Resort, dedicated to offering an unforgettable experience to every guest. To maintain and exceed these excellence standards, we are looking for a Manager Audit Intern analytical, integrated, and solution-oriented.
Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:
1. Governance of Procedures (SOP Governance) and Process Optimization
- Strategic Development: Identify the need for new procedures based on audit results, legislative changes, operational expansion or increased complexity.
- Process Management: Initiate and coordinate the complete process of creating procedures: analysis, mapping existing processes, identifying risks, drafting, validating with involved departments, and obtaining CEO approval.
- Optimization and Innovation: Identify redundancies, operational bottlenecks, and excessive bureaucracy. Propose and implement simplifications, automations, standardizations at group level, and digitalization of processes.
- Performance Measurement: Evaluate the impact of optimizations using clear indicators: reduced execution time, reduced costs, decreased errors, and increased customer satisfaction.
2. Risk Management
- Risk Map: Create and permanently update a risk map for the group, covering operational, financial, reputational, legal, and fraud risks.
- Preventive Strategy: Prioritize risks based on probability and impact and conceive preventive controls.
3. Operational and Financial Audit Leadership
- Execution and Evaluation: Conduct periodic and surprise audits in all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Technical, Spa, Sales & Marketing).
- Conformity and Financial Security: Verify cash flows, discounts, purchases, and budget compliance, identifying systemic vulnerabilities, losses, fraud, or deviations.
- Evaluation System: Evaluate conformity levels using a standardized scoring system and propose preventive and corrective measures.
4. Executive Reporting and Discipline Management
- Reporting to CEO: Submit monthly detailed reports (conformity score, top 5 risks, status of remediation plans) and annual reports with global evaluations, trends, critical areas, and strategic recommendations.
- Disciplinary Conformity: Document severe or recurring deviations, transmit recommendations to HR/CEO, monitor the implementation of sanctions, and ensure that disciplinary procedures are applied uniformly across locations.
Autority and KPI:
- Total Autonomy: Benefit from unrestricted access to all internal documents and locations without prior notification.
- Decisional Involvement: Have the right to request information from any manager and actively participate in operational meetings.
- Performance: Will be evaluated based on reduced operational losses and repeated incidents, implementation of recommendations, and increased group conformity level.
Leader Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Audit.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, hotel industry experience being a major advantage.
- Deep analytical thinking and an uncontestable professional integrity.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate firmly and equitably.
- Constructive approach: clear orientation towards the system and finding solutions, not generating conflicts.
