Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Manager who will coordinate daily operations and the sales team, contributing to the development and optimization of internal processes, inventory management, and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of the team and ensure good functioning of operations

• Develop and implement strategies for growth in sales

• Manage relationships with suppliers and clients

• Monitor inventory, orders, and deliveries

• Analyze performance indicators and prepare periodic reports

• Identify opportunities for development and optimization of internal processes

• Ensure efficient communication between departments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coordination or management position is an advantage

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office package use

• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills

• Team spirit and orientation towards results

• Knowledge of the English language - medium level

• Experience in the medical/dental field is an advantage.
