MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER - COMO CITY For two establishments located in the center of Como, we are looking for a Manager and an Assistant Manager with experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. The positions are available both part-time and full-time, with exclusively daytime shifts. - Previous experience in leadership or team management roles; - Experience in the cafeteria, restaurant, hotel, or retail sectors; - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; - Knowledge of regulations regarding health, safety, and food hygiene (HACCP); - Ability to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation; - Practical attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility; - Good knowledge of Italian; knowledge of English is an advantage. The main responsibilities will include the daily management of the two establishments, coordination and training of staff, shift organization, control of operational standards, and support for achieving commercial objectives.
