What we do: We design, develop, and maintain large-scale analytics platforms that enable data-driven decision making for our clients. Our team is responsible for building scalable architectures, developing complex algorithms, and ensuring the quality of our data products. As a Manager, Analytics Engineering, you will be leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key responsibilities: • Lead a team of analytics engineers to design, develop, and maintain large-scale analytics platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions. • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for analytics engineering projects. • Ensure the quality of our data products by developing and implementing testing strategies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and machine learning. What we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. • Experience working with large-scale data platforms and distributed computing systems. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and machine learning.
