In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the B2C collections strategy based on the analysis of our customer data and collections operations.
To do this, you will need to measure the impact of existing actions, build analysis reports, and propose strategic directions to improve collection rates and manage credit risk.
You will support the Collections and Finance teams in their decision-making and in improving Octopus Energy France's collection processes. You will report to the Collections and Credit Risk Manager and work closely with the collections, operations, and finance teams.
Your missions:
Develop, maintain, and share complex data reports and analyses related to debt, collections, and more broadly Finance for Octopus Energy France
Be a proactive proposer for the implementation of collection processes and prevention measures to ensure an excellent customer experience (e.g., payment plan adjustments, debt installments)
Optimize credit decisions based on data (A/B testing of workflows, threshold decisions)
Model debt in collaboration with various Finance teams in France and Group for provisioning
Develop close collaboration between your team and the France Data teams, and participate in reporting instances to the French Executive Committee and the Group.
