We’re now looking for a Manager – AI/ML Engineering to lead and scale our AI initiatives and shape the future of intelligent learning systems.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers.
  
• Research, prototype, and develop robust ML models, including deep learning and GenAI solutions.
  
• Oversee the full AI/ML project lifecycle — from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
  
• Guide the team in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs using methods like distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and RLHF.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate business problems into ML solutions.
  
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production.
  
• Define and enforce best practices in MLOps, model management, and experimentation.
  
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI by exploring and applying emerging trends and technologies.
  

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 7 to 12 years of experience in building AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science fundamentals.
  
• Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  
• Proficiency with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure ML).
  
• Solid understanding of MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management.
  
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and training methodologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
  
• A proactive mindset and passion for innovation and mentorship.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with generative AI frame works.
  
• A portfolio or track record of creative AI/ML applications.
  
• Familiarity with tools for LLM orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation(RAG).
