Your mission:Succeed in assuming the role of coordinating and streamlining agency activities and being an ambassador for CEC Bank products and services.

What you will do in this role?

• Ensure planning, management, coordination, and control of agency activities in accordance with banking legislation and regulations; track the realization of assigned objectives, optimize human resource allocation to achieve sales targets;
• Participate directly in achieving set targets; coordinate credit, product sales, customer attraction, bank image promotion;
• Promote, consult, and sell the entire range of active and passive products;
• Coordinate operational activity at the agency level;
• Identify, evaluate, monitor, and limit risks in existing banking activities and services at the agency level;
• Represent the bank in local relations with third parties, according to competencies.

If you know about yourself that::

• You have higher economic/juridical studies;
• You have at least 3 years of banking experience;
• 1 year of experience in a leadership/coordinating position is an advantage; 
• You are familiar with the local banking market;
• You possess leadership, coordination and control, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and sales skills;
• You have responsibility, integrity, confidentiality;
• You are familiar with banking legislation;
• Advantages include: knowledge of the English language/courses of specialty, as well as courses in management, communication, time management, coaching, leadership, project management; 
• You have computer skills (Microsoft Office).
