Key Responsibilities: Strategic Outreach Planning: • Develop and execute a robust outreach strategy targeting key schools, students, and counselors across diverse markets. • Work closely with the academic departments to create engagement programs that highlight the offerings and distinguish its academic excellence. • Design outreach plans that focus on adding value to schools through partnerships, academic initiatives, and holistic interventions. Relationship Building with School Leadership: • Foster strong relationships with school leaders, administrators, and faculty members to build trust, credibility, and a deep understanding of their needs and priorities. • Collaborate with the academic departments to develop tailored programs that meet the unique needs of each school and its students. • Build and maintain a network of key contacts within schools to facilitate communication, information sharing, and collaboration. Outreach Program Development: • Design and implement outreach programs that showcase the institution's strengths, achievements, and values. • Develop targeted marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media content, to promote the institution's offerings and initiatives. • Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling stories and messaging that highlight the institution's unique value proposition. Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze data on outreach efforts, tracking key performance indicators such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on investment. • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on outreach activities, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. • Utilize data to inform strategic decisions, optimize outreach strategies, and measure the impact of programs. Communication and Collaboration: • Serve as a liaison between the admissions office and academic departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Facilitate information sharing and coordination among teams to ensure seamless execution of outreach initiatives. • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on outreach activities, progress, and outcomes. Budgeting and Planning: • Manage budgets for outreach initiatives, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and optimal return on investment. • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and track budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Plan and prioritize outreach activities, allocating resources and personnel accordingly.
