1. Acquisition Strategy and Planning

Develops and implements an acquisition strategy aligned with the company's general objectives.
Plans, manages, and monitors budgets for acquisitions, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
Collaborates with internal departments to anticipate material, equipment, and service needs and adjust acquisition plans accordingly.

2. Supplier Management and Negotiation

Identifies and selects competitive suppliers on local and international markets.
Evaluates suppliers from the perspective of price, quality, delivery capacity, and financial stability.
Negotiates commercial, contractual, and financial conditions to obtain the best prices and terms.
Develops and maintains solid relationships with existing suppliers and builds new strategic partnerships.
