Job description

Prime Responsibilities:Financial Accounting

Expertise in maintaining books of accounts.
Filing tax returns of High-net-worth individuals (HNI’s) having income under the head salary,HP, Capital Gains, Speculation and Profit & Gains of Business or Profession (PGBP).
Maintaining books of accounts (For rental income).
Able to file various returns (For rental income)i.e., TDS, GST, MSME etc.
Expertise in preparation of balance sheet as per Accounting Standards, Ind AS, IFRS.
Working knowledge of consolidation of accounts.
Supervision of foreign subsidiaries of Indian companies.
Willing to go to Dubai to oversee the subsidiary.

Note: Any other task as assigned by the HOD/Management under the scope of your activities. Desired Qualifications:

Qualified - CA
Finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience and 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the real estate industry shall be an added advantage.
