Manager - Accounting Advisory & Financial Reporting (Capital Markets)

About the Role We are seeking a Manager in Accounting Advisory & Financial Reporting to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and technical accounting matters, particularly in advising businesses through reporting and compliance challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in Big Four accounting firms, audit, and accounting advisory services , as well as exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, real estate, technology, and financial services. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting matters, including financial instruments, revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and other areas. Assist clients with the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. Advise clients on the implications of new accounting standards and provide support during the implementation process. Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos. Assist clients with IPO readiness, including the preparation of financial statements and the development of accounting policies. Manage and mentor junior team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Contribute to the development of new service offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification. 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting, including experience in public accounting. Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP. Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
