Manager Accountancy

As Manager Accountancy at the company in Merelbeke, you will play a crucial role in leading your dynamic team.

• You will be responsible for coaching and operationally guiding a team of 4-5 employees, and leading a larger team of 11 people in a supervisory capacity.
• You will remain hands-on involved in operational tasks, such as managing diverse client portfolios from different sectors.
• You will conduct strategic and advisory client meetings.
• You will be responsible for acquiring new assignments.

For this versatile position, we are looking for a driven professional with a strong background in accountancy and leadership. Ideal candidates meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in accountancy; ITAA title is a plus but not a requirement.
• Proven mentorship experience.
• Experience with complex client cases and diverse sectors.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Odoo and Yuki.
• Dutch is a must; some knowledge of other languages can be an additional advantage.
