Management Consultant (m/w/d)

As a Management Consultant (m/w/d) at Modell Aachen GmbH, you will accompany our customers on their path to a stable and dynamic organization. You will pursue our mission to make Interactive Management Systems based on Wiki technology the standard in all of Europe.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for introducing Interactive Management Systems based on our software Q.wiki and advising our customers on topics such as process, project, and quality management.
• You will establish a modern leadership understanding at companies of different industries and sizes and inspire executives to collaborative corporate governance.
• After an intensive induction period, you will take over independent consulting projects and support the sales process.
• You will build a comprehensive business network and establish numerous industrial contacts.

You Bring

• a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• initial experiences in process and project management
• willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• organizational talent and linguistic skills
• a high IT affinity
• a quick understanding of complex relationships
• a sense of adventure and enjoyment working with customers
• good English language skills
