You'll be responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions, creating engaging job postings, and conducting initial interviews with top talent. Your role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences, as well as providing insights on the best-fit candidates for each position. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment software tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) platforms.
