Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role The Management Trainee (Finance) will undergo a structured training program to gain exposure to different areas within the Finance function. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Participate in financial analysis and variance analysis. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management. Learn and apply accounting principles and financial regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department. Gain exposure to various finance functions, such as treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Support the development of financial models and perform financial modeling tasks. Contribute to the implementation of new accounting systems or processes. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance financial knowledge and skills. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
