Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the economic, organizational, and personal operation of the establishment

Leadership and motivation of the interdisciplinary team

Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory provisions and quality standards

Representation of the establishment both internally and externally

Further development of structures and processes for a future-oriented house

Your qualification: Recognized qualification according to HeimPersV (e.g. study in the field of care, social management, etc.)

Multiple years of experience in leading or deputy leadership of a nursing home

Outstanding leadership skills and social strength

Economic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking

Communication joy, empathy, and decision-making enthusiasm
