Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Management of Information and Communication Director to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT projects, and ensuring the effective use of IT resources. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. • Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within budget completion. • Ensure the effective use of IT resources, including hardware, software, and personnel. • Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and partners. • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. • Develop and manage IT budgets and forecasts. • Ensure IT operations are secure, reliable, and efficient. • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical guides. • Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, including training and development. • Ensure IT staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. • Develop and implement a plan to ensure the continuity of IT operations in the event of an outage or disaster. • Develop and implement a plan to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data. • Develop and implement a plan to ensure the effective use of IT resources. • Develop and implement a plan to ensure the IT department is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects. • Strong knowledge of IT trends and technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire IT staff. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with IT vendors and partners. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex IT issues and develop effective solutions. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure IT operations are secure, reliable, and efficient. • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong ability to work independently, with the ability to make decisions and take action without supervision. • Strong ability to work collaboratively, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with other departments.
