You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced team without the bureaucracy and redtapes. You will be involved in our management, HR and recruitment processes, as well as supporting our employees with their professional development and career growth. Your responsibilities will include: • Recruitment and selection of new employees; • Employee onboarding and integration into the company; • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; • Support for employee training and development; • Analysis and reporting of HR metrics and KPIs.
