Job Description Base Salary - $52,500 Profit Sharing We are currently seeking new or recent graduates to join our Management Development Program. This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing. Please note that successful candidates to this position may be required to relocate within Canada to complete their training. Relocation assistance will be provided. The Role: As a participant in the Management Development Program, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including: * Operations * Sales * Customer Service * Finance * Human Resources * Marketing * And more! You will receive structured training and mentorship to develop your leadership and management skills. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and understand all aspects of the business. * Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance. * Manage and motivate a team of employees. * Provide excellent customer service. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Analyze financial data and make recommendations. * Participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, etc.) or equivalent experience. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to relocate within Canada. * Valid driver's license.
