The team You will join a transformation team based in Singapore, working on a strategic program to redesign the operating model for rates management within a global banking environment. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives, develop and implement solutions, and measure and track progress. The role You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants, developing and implementing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results. The skills and qualifications required for this role include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in a management consulting role, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
