Responsibilities of the role include:

• Based on industry development trends and the company’s resource capabilities, support the organization in formulating comprehensive long-term and short-term strategic plans, clearly defining target markets, product positioning, and strategic development directions.
• Conduct thorough market research to evaluate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, thereby providing data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
• Assist the project manager in project planning and control activities to ensure timely, high-quality, and fully compliant project delivery. During project execution, provide on-site management support, facilitate cross-functional resource coordination, and ensure seamless project progression.
• Analyze and streamline internal business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Identify and assess operational and market risks, and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training and professional guidance to both management and staff to strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.

To be competent in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in management consulting, business transformation, and change management frameworks and processes.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders in a manner that supports informed decision-making.
