Business Management Consulting:

• As an AI & Data Consultant, you will play a key role by not only optimizing our clients' business processes but also by designing forward-looking AI strategies that permanently improve our clients' competitive position.
• You will translate complex business problems into actionable technology concepts and present key insights and solutions at the management level.

Data and Technology:

• Extraction, processing, and analysis of data from a variety of structured and unstructured corporate sources, third-party providers, and publicly available data.
• Utilization of cloud data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Databricks, or similar for processing and analyzing complex, large data volumes.
• Ideally, experience with the use of cloud products and solutions via APIs, especially MS Azure and AWS.
• Design of multi-stage data pipelines that combine script-driven transformations and API calls to various services.

Data Science:

• Use of Python or R for analyzing and modeling complex and extensive data.
• Development and application of models for clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, natural language processing, or GenAI.
• Creation of AI models, algorithms, and applications, as well as integration of developed AI solutions into existing business processes.
• Design and implementation of reports and visualizations that present results clearly, concisely, and engagingly, aligning with business goals and central analytical questions.
• Clear communication of technical approaches, implementations, and results to a non-technical audience.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of relevant professional or consulting experience, ideally in management or IT consulting.
• Problem-solving-oriented, entrepreneurial, and highly analytical personality, as well as excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Demonstrated experience in using data-driven analytics to develop strategies and improve business performance.
• In-depth knowledge of data and technologies, as well as one or more data-oriented programming languages such as SQL, Python, R.
• Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript is advantageous.
• Excellent academic qualifications: Master's, Diploma, PhD, or comparable degree.
• Fluent in German and English, additional foreign languages are a plus.
• High willingness to travel – hybrid travel model, location is freely selectable.
• Work permit that allows travel and work within the EU.
