MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - THE TAX FACTOR 2 PTY LTD t/a THE TAX FACTOR An opportunity has opened for a Management Accountant to join The Tax Factor, which is a small but rapidly expanding accountancy firm. The successful applicant will be qualified and possess excellent communication and soft skills, for this is a client-facing role. Your primary responsibilities will include: Reporting to the CEO and CFO, you will work as a Management Accountant in The Tax Factor, Parramatta office, being responsible for preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and providing management information to support business decision-making. You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Additionally, you will be expected to provide high-quality customer service to clients, respond promptly to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
