Management Accountant

Robert Half are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-established logistics and supply chain business in Maidenhead, supporting them in the recruitment of a Senior Management Accountant.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving commercial performance across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed budgets and forecasts aligned to business strategy.

• Producing monthly management accounts and providing insightful commentary.

• Conducting variance and cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and add value.

• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial systems and processes.

• Supporting external audit and contributing to ad hoc financial projects.

We're looking for a confident, proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and partnering closely with the business.

You'll ideally have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or be qualified by experience.

• At least 5 years' experience in management accounting or commercial finance.

• Strong analytical and Excel skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A commercial mindset and enthusiasm to make a genuine impact.

• Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum

• Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, Tuesdays working from home
