Employing several hundred staff, the business operates at scale with multiple sites and a complex supply chain. As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the organisation's leadership team, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall performance. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making; • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and other finance team members; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and strategic investments; • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements; • Providing training and guidance to junior finance team members as required. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
