Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management for decision making. You will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Responsibilities * Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. * Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. * Assist with internal and external audits. * Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information. * Provide support to senior management on financial matters. * Develop and maintain financial models. * Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. * Proven experience as a Management Accountant. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous. * Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes. * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
