Description Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their reputable company in the Food Production Industry in Cape Town. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management for decision making. You will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis specific to the food production industry. Responsibilities Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management; Provide insights to senior management for decision making; Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis specific to the food production industry; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations; Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records; Prepare and present financial statements to stakeholders; Develop and implement processes to improve financial performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 3-5 years of experience as a Management Accountant; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle an advantage.
