· $110k - $115k base + 12% bonus + health & life insurance + 5% super

Role
Opportunity for a commercially focused Management Accountant / Financial Analyst to join its Auckland-based team located by Auckland Airport. Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly scoped role will give you exposure across financial planning, ESG reporting, business partnering, and decision-support analytics.
You’ll have a front-row seat to strategic and operational conversations while developing your commercial insight and technical acumen in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
· Budgeting, forecasting, and supporting monthly reporting cycles
· ESG data tracking, KPI development, and performance reporting
· Delivering commercial insights through dashboards, modelling, and business case analysis
· Supporting strategic planning and partnering with cross-functional teams
· Preparing leadership reports and presenting insights to non-finance stakeholders
Experience
· 2–4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or commercial roles
· CPA qualified or on the pathway
· Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI
· A curious, communicative and analytical thinker who thrives in complexity
· Experience in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG is a bonus but not essential
