Management Accountant East Rand

We are looking for a hands-on Management Accountant for our client. The role is focused on financial reporting, cost control, stock analysis, and supporting operational decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and reconciliations. Analyse budgets, variances, and costs, and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with monthly stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Provide training and support to staff on financial matters. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in accounting or finance are an advantage.
