Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join our Auckland-based Telecommunications team on a 6-month contract . The Opportunity As a Management Accountant, you will support the financial integrity of the business, ensuring finance functions meet and exceed expectations set by both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a driven and adaptable professional with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality financial information to support business decision-making; • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts; • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records; • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; • Professional certification such as CA or CPA; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
