Managed Services Product Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Managed Services Product Manager to help us grow and scale our B2B managed services offering, with a core focus on the education sector. This isn’t a client delivery role - it’s about owning the product from the inside out: designing it, pricing it, marketing it, and guiding our teams on how to sell it.

As the Product Manager, your primary role is to own the product lifecycle and maximise the performance outcomes of the Managed Services portfolio across The Warehouse Group.

Quick Snapshot of the role: 

• Own the product roadmap & strategising for future growth across the group 
• Build and manage the managed services product from concept to launch and beyond
• Understand the education market - what schools need, what our competitors are doing, and how we can do it better
• Work closely with key stakeholders (engineering team, sales, leadership team) to bring the product to life
• Define the product structure and pricing model
• Collaborate with marketing to take the product to market with compelling content and messaging
• Upskill our sales teams - give them the tools, training, and confidence to take our solution to schools across the country
• Own and manage the sales P&L and product performance
