• Organization of management from the point of view of evidence, inventory movement
• Organizing activities for receiving, storing and releasing goods
• Arranging, tracking and labeling stored goods
• Efficient use of storage space for goods
• Respecting work procedures
• Ensuring the rhythm of delivery programs
• Periodic inventory of goods in the warehouse
