Malaysia Plant General Manager -Bandar Sri Sendayan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to meet business objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant goals with overall company strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
• Strong background in mechanical machining processes and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and complex operations.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement within a plant setting.
