Make-Up Artist Milano (ROME)

The Make-up artist is Make Up For Ever Muse for make-up. The candidate will support the brand by achieving sales targets, promoting Make Up For Ever image and expertise in the point of sale. The main objective is to provide an excellent customer experience and to represent the brand values towards the customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Sell Make Up For Ever products and provide a high standard of service to customers; Achieve retail sales targets as defined on a monthly basis; Attract and recruit new customers; Welcome and advise customers in accordance with Make Up For Ever values; Promote the brand image through the quality of make-up and customer service; Ensure the visual merchandising of the counter and the products; Ensure the management of the stock in collaboration with the Store Manager; Ensure the respect of the image and the guidelines of Make Up For Ever; Build customer loyalty by offering personalized advice and service; Know the main competitor products and their characteristics; Follow the training provided by the company; Provide reports on sales and customer feedback; Promote and participate in local and national events organized by Make Up For Ever; Follow the instructions of the Store Manager. SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; Passion for make-up and beauty products; Excellent sales and customer service skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive, dynamic, results-oriented, flexible and team player; Ability to work independently; Knowledge of English; Knowledge of another language is a plus; Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
