Your playground

• Lead CFO & CFA projects in renovation, transformation, and new construction.
• Conduct technical site visits, analyze needs, design solutions, and prepare quotes.
• Take charge of cost estimation, including for complex projects and large tenders.
• Plan work and coordinate clients, engineering offices, suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor deadlines, costs, orders, and project profitability.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure clear follow-up with various partners.
• Guarantee compliance with standards, quality, and safety regulations.
• Identify and develop new business areas and innovative solutions for the company.

What you need

• A CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as an electrician installer.
• A Federal Master's degree in Electrical Installations.
• Excellent knowledge of current standards and regulations.
• Solid mastery of cost estimation and electrical calculations: WP, CAN, and large tenders are part of your playground.
• A Category B driver's license.
• Excellent command of French; German is a real plus.

And if you already master some of these areas, it's even better:

• Fire protection.
• Photovoltaics and energy storage BESS.
• Monitoring and home automation.
• Periodic checks.

• Mobile telephony: You benefit from a CHF 17.- monthly allowance for a Swisscom subscription. Every two years, you receive CHF 250.- for the purchase of a mobile phone (subject to HR department conditions).
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday between 7 am and 5 pm, and Friday until 3:30 pm.
• REKA checks: 25% bonus on your REKA checks, up to CHF 150.- per year.
• Health insurance contribution: CHF 60.- per month pro rata to your working hours.
• Fleet discount: At your dealership for the purchase of a new private vehicle.
• Supplement to family allowance: CHF 100.- per month per child.
• LPP (Pension Fund): Viteos Solutions participates significantly in your retirement provision. For your part, you also contribute with
  rates that vary according to age.
• Accident: In case of a professional or non-professional accident, your salary is insured at 100%.
