Socio-Professional Instructor and Light Vehicle Driver

Les Peupliers brings together three populations under one roof. Children, adolescents - young adults, and the elderly live together and learn from each other in an idyllic setting at the foot of Cousimbert, between Fribourg and Bulle. We are looking for our future colleague!

To complete our team at the Specialized Vocational Training Center (CFPS), we are looking for a:

Socio-Professional Instructor and Light Vehicle Driver (80-100%)

Your main activities

• Supervise a group of young people and pass on your know-how to apprentices
• Ensure apprentices follow the training plans required by the vocational training department
• Accompany apprentices on their practical training sites (internships)
• Prepare and participate in apprentice evaluations and the establishment of assessments
• Collaborate closely with professional networks and the various external and internal partners of the CFPS
• Enforce the rules of conduct in the workplace

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a heavy vehicle driver and/or CFC as a mechanic
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Company trainer attestation or willingness to undergo training
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and active listening abilities
• Be autonomous, demonstrate team spirit, and initiative
