Head Waiter

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONWe are looking for a Head Waiter. HOTELIS is the only specialized recruitment agency for the hospitality and catering industry, covering both permanent and temporary positions. HOTELIS is the preferred partner of many upscale hotels, restaurants, event caterers (events, stadiums, and exhibition centers), and community restaurant operators.A lake-type restaurant has solicited us to find their future Head Waiter:Maître d'Hôtel will be responsible for managing the service staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the dining room, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. He/She must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. The Head Waiter will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and will be expected to take on additional responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel. He/She must also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available for occasional overtime.
