Miller Master / Food Industry Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Organizes and leads the assigned work team for the respective shift

- Is directly responsible for the organization and execution of production activities in full safety and security

- Quantitative and qualitative achievement of the production program,

- Supervises the proper functioning of the mill and monitors the maximum utilization of production capacity

- Prepares the handover report for the shift, which records the activity carried out during the shift, technical, electrical, technological malfunctions that occurred, whether they were remedied or will be remedied in the next shift;

- Performs self-inspections at phases of the technological process, supervises the adherence by all workers to the technology, and maintains order and cleanliness 

- Maintains constant communication with the laboratory to know: 

- The quality of the products being manufactured;

- The results of analyses on wheat and finished products, for the correct management of the production process (cleaning and milling) etc.
