• Middle/higher education – technical/mechanical profile.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar function (constitutes an advantage)
• Availability for work in 3 shifts

Your role

• Achieving production objectives, product quality, loss minimization and better organization of the team depends on your direct involvement.
• Through monitoring, punctuations and situation management in the field, you will support production rhythm and constant team performance.

Your skills

• Communicative, organized and solution-oriented;
• Lider abilities: can motivate and coordinate the team and know how to lead projects to improve process development;
• You adapt easily and have a practical thinking oriented towards performance
• You have knowledge of computer operation (Microsoft Office)
